Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser.

Provisional Bradley Method Childbirth Instructor
A graduate of the San Diego State University Master’s of Social Work program, MeL worked for 3 years in both private and public sectors of the mental health field. In 2009, with the birth of her now 20 month old son, Max, (baby #2 due this May) she chose to stay home to nurture her growing family.
Passionate about most things natural, MeL knew she wanted to experience natural childbirth. She enjoyed her Bradley Method classes immensely and after experiencing the gentle and empowering birth of her son, she endeavored to share her passion for childbirth education and the processes of pregnancy, birth, and life as a Mother with others. In the Fall of 2010, MeL attended a Bradley Method training seminar and is currently teaching as a provisional instructor.
Information regarding her Bradley Method classes can be found on the main Bradley Method website. For private childbirth education classes that can be tailored to suite your goals and interests she can be reached via email: earthmamamel@hotmail.com or by calling 619.200.2169.
